This place is not a town, but a chain of lakes. The water is pure, clean, and cool. The channels are narrow, the boats are fast, the people with homes or cottages are quite comfortable, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan border is nearby. I am reasonabley sure only one native of Creston, Iowa has ever been there and she nicknamed me ‘Lewbudy’.
