In calendar year 2014, a Wisconsin lawyer mailed a contentious letter about me to a Michigan Circuit Court Judge. The letter stated I had endangered the life of the lawyer’s Wisconsin/Florida client. A restraining order was issued against me.
The Wisconsin lawyer also mailed a threatening letter with a totally false statement about me to the daughter of the same Michigan Circuit Court Judge. The daughter of the Circuit Court Judge was a published author, an associate professor, and had been asked by me in 2012 to assist with the writing of my life memoir.
Both letters written by the Wisconsin lawyer defamed my character.
For nearly a decade, I’ve made repeated legal requests to resolve the issue.
The Wisconsin/Florida resident became the Plaintiff. I became the Respondent.
On March 22, 2022 in Michigan’s 41st Circuit Court via zoom from Florida, Plaintiff testified under oath. Plaintiff was asked if Respondent had ever physically harmed Plaintiff or if Plaintiff believed Respondent would ever harm Plaintiff.
Plaintiff responded, “No”.
